Mr. Browne and the Rose Show
Shortly after publishing "Mr. Browne's Roses", M. Beatryce Shaw wrote the sequel, "Mr. Browne and the Rose Show". For more than a decade it was relegated to the back burners while she cared for ailing family members. Now, sometime early 2010, it will be published.
The Browne family still operates their unique store, but the roses now have names and personalities. While competing in a neighborhood flower show, the participants and attendees learn valuable lessons in tolerance and humility.
